Inhale, exhale, is a digitally created art piece. As a Mum and a wife, I find myself needing more and more reminders to just, `stop`, take a minute and breeeathe. When I do, in my mind, I find it useful to say to myself, Inhale, exhale. Ever heard of three restorative breaths? They have helped me regain emotional control on many an occasion.
